Diamond Glow Cleaning Atlanta provides commercial cleaning services, including recurring cleanings and one-time cleanings for business facilities and residential properties. Service availability may vary based on location and staffing.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or authorized platforms.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

3. Payments

- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, or invoicing for recurring clients.
- Late payments may incur a late fee of $25 or 5%, whichever is greater.

4. Subcontracted Work

We may assign a subcontractor or cleaning professional to complete your cleaning job. All subcontractors are required to follow our quality standards.

5. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must provide safe, clear access to facilities.
- Hazardous conditions or unsafe environments may result in service refusal or rescheduling.

6. Damage & Liability

- We are insured for liability; however, clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, are the property of Diamond Glow Cleaning Atlanta and may not be used without written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any reason, including breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Fulton County, GA.
