  • Are you insured, licensed and bonded?"
    Absolutely! One of our main goals is to keep your property and belongings safe and secure. Our business insurance has adequate coverage for any possible situation.
  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
    Reschedule requests made within 24 hours or more of scheduled appointment can be made with no penalty. Reschedule requests made within less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur a $50 convenience fee.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not wash windows
  • What time will the cleaners arrive?
    All scheduled cleaning appointments are based off a 2 hour window. For example, if you book a cleaning with a time slot of 9am-11am, the cleaner will arrive within those hours. We will contact you directly with any concerns of being able to arrive on time.
  • Do you background check your cleaners?
    Every cleaner and representative of Diamond Glow is background checked federally and statewide to ensure your safety!
  • What happens if I'm not satisfied with your service?
    We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we come back out to fix the problem.
  • Do you use chemicals?
    We us eco-friendly products unless we encounter a job that requires a little more than what it can clean. If you have a particular brand or line of products you would like us to use, please discuss it with our office team for solutions tailored to your specific needs.
  • Do you take special requests?
    All our services are customizable to suit your needs. Please discuss specifics with our booking agents to tailor fit your cleaning.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    We love to reward our loyal clients! We offer many different promotions in addition to our standard weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning contract discounts.

If you must cancel your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours of your scheduled clean to avoid a 50% penalty fee. 


Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. Contact us for a redo cleaning if you are not completely satisfied with your services. We send a cleaning professional within 48 hours to correct the issue.
